These "house" ads are designed and produced to be served by current ad serving software and to accomodate variable amounts of html text and yet to always conform to online advertising dimension standards. In other words, these widgets can have different amounts of html text yet always stay true to the 300x250 / 160x600 standard as set forth by the IAB. this is done by using a nift combination of html / css / images.
